11:15 A.M. – Nature Hiking (Temples, Forest Walking, Waterfalls, Suspension Bridge, Riverside, etc.)

6:00 P.M. – Yoga Class: Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, and Meditation (1.5 Hours)
